DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Deliveries take between 5 – 10 working days. Deliveries outside of Australia will have delivery costs emailed for approval.

GUARANTEE:
Customer satisfaction is a high priority for us. We select our gift range for its high quality and appeal. If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased or if there is a problem with an item please email us at email@horsebitesgiftshop.com and we will rectify the issue to your satisfaction.

We do not share your information with any outside company.

DAMAGES:
To report merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us on email@horsebitesgiftshop.com. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of being received and returned within 7 working days to be recognised. Once damage has been confirmed we will either replace the damaged goods or issue you with a credit for the value of the damaged goods.

TAX:
All items are subject to and include 10% Goods & Services Tax. We are not responsible for any tax duty if delivery is outside of Australia.

OUT OF STOCK AND BACK ORDERS:
We aim to have all items available at time of order. Items can, however, run out without notice. If an item is out of stock when you order it we will contact you and let you know when the item is expected to arrive at our warehouse and if you wish your order to be delivered complete or a partial delivery.
