SUCCESS

Successful people are POSITIVE - RESPONSIBLE - PROACTIVE

Success is a choice you make in life. I think of it as a path on your life journey.
You either choose to walk down that path or you choose not to.
But the path's there.

What's a good definition of success? The one I like most is one that
holistically encapsulates the very essence of us. That is:
What I'm doing, the success path that I choose to walk down, must do four things.
It must be an out let for my creative energy,
it must challenge my mental capacity and, finally, it's got to be
rewarding to me and of benefit to others.

"If we did all the things we are capable of doing,
                         we would literally astound ourselves
."
                                                    Thomas Edison 1847 -1931

Success isn't the destination, it's the journey. And the minute you decide you want to become successful, the minute you make a commitment to your own success, the journey begins for you. The path you choose will be a path you haven't been down before, because success - by definition -means pushing your boundaries. It's a continual process of self-discovery. It's why we climb mountains. It's why we strive to achieve to do better, why we compete, why we support the under-dog. It's the essence of our spirit and our potential.
When you choose success, it's like rebirthing. You open yourself to opportunity.

Once, when I was in Africa, I saw this amazing animal, the impala. It can jump 3 to 4 metres high for up to 10 metres. 4 metres high!... But in a Zoo environment, the impala is kept behind a fence that's only 1 metre high.
How come? Because an impala won't jump over anything if it can't see where its feet are going to land.

FACT
Ray Krok, who built McDonalds to the massive conglomerate it is today, first set foot in a McDonalds store at age 52. He was a milkshake machine salesman and suffered from arthritis, yet he saw the opportunity and leapt!
