The Success Triangle

The triangle...is the symbol for perfection. It has three points, linked and balanced. Think about the number 3. For thousands of years it has had
special significance to people of many different cultures. I use it as a symbol and reminder of the key dimensions of human life and the success journey.
The physical...mental...and spiritual...elements of our being.

It can also represent three forces or influences that we need
to harness on our success journey.
Group forces, individual forces and spiritual forces.
Group forces - like the influence of mentors in our lives.
And spiritual forces - like intuition.

And here is another key triangle in our success journey: awareness...belief...conduct...

Awareness, belief, conduct. The ABC of any successful venture. Awareness
is how we access our intuitive power... Belief is strength of conviction, our faith
in ourselves and our dreams. And conduct is how we live out that path, how we act on our awareness and our belief.

Awareness, belief, conduct. You can't do one effectively without the others.... That's one of the big untold secrets of success.

And here's another triangle, that reflects the macro environment of business and the dynamics needed to run a business successfully. Parallel to awareness, belief and conduct, business needs three key ingredients:
creative ideas...capitalists...and conductors or 'managers'.

It takes all three types, all three dynamics to make a business successful. As a business person, you may not have those three dynamics within yourself. Most people have innate leanings towards one or perhaps two aspects.

So it's very important - first that we identify where our talents are, and second, that we connect with people who have the talents we lack at a given point in our lives.
